I know the kid that developed the app and is a major stakeholder in anglr. A simple click and all of the data and conditions are captured. This is the future. Soon it will work directly with your personal electronics.

So your rod is connected to your phone with Bluetooth. It keeps track on the amount of casts, drops, and hookups. Each time you press a button on the rod it leaves a mark on your gps and grabs all conditions like wind tide moon drift direction and drift speed.

All rods will use this type o technology in the future.

The HELL they will aboard my boat!! I log everything myself. If I'd leave it to the computers, and didn't take the time to understand the raw data prior to logging it, I would not be digesting it and it would just be a pile of worthless ZEROS and ONES...
