Weathers getting better each week and I'm getting sick of fishing the fresh water. I've seen quite a few early reports of schoolies being caught around Long Island and this week I'm going to give it a shot.

I know I'm supposed to target mud flats and tidal creeks. So I have a few places in mind... but anything in particular I should be looking for?

Im going to downsize my gear maybe try some curly tail grubs... Any kind of tips do you guys have for getting some early schoolies would be great.

Belle Terre's a Private Community if he's going from the surf - don't think he's going to be able to get in there..........

Difficult access is challenge one to surf rats and the dedicated ones don’t run for cover if there are obstacles.

Maybe, but we don't run off and sell our Van Staals in absolute fear the first time we get a parking ticket...
