I agree with everyone that his has become the best Saltwater Show on LI, hands down.
I will have both a table plus a spot on the speakers agenda again for next year. If you fish the North Fork please join me for my talk covering most of our popular inshore species.

Last year it snowed and I waited in order to avoid the morons who can't drive in it and I got the free school bus shuttle that starts at 10 Am from the church a 1/4 or 1/2 mile away (after first finding that the school lot was full.) If you get there late its a great way to avoid the hassle. I even caught the bus as I was about to walk back to my truck. (I just about needed 4WD to park it as the church lot wasn't plowed.) Definitely the best show in the area and basically just saltwater fishing. I still can't believe that a bunch of inconsiderate types parked in the Jewish Center's lot on the sabbath !

i wonder if its ok to park there on the sabbath since observant Jews won't drive on the sabbath?

Good question. Yes, the Ward Melville HS show. the Jewish Center is across the street. Don't know where you live but on Long Island they would have a hell of a walk since there is not that much public transportation in that area. and living in Matzohpizza for 64 years my friends all drove to their temples.
