Offshore memories, a skinny guy with hair, looks like me a 55lb white marlin on my buddy’s 28’ boat “Shearwater”. I’m guessing 1974.

Here’s a little video I put together for a friend of mine who passed away a few years back. Some of the footage goes back to the late 70’s early 80’s.

Fished with George Scocca back in the 90s on our way to the canyon on a beautiful day!
Saw some life at the Bacardi and stopped started jigging bluefin up to 150 pounds!
What a day!

I had no clue you had pictures from that day! That was the fist time we fished together! What a day. We fed them right at the side of the boat.

I’ll post more information about this photo of my dad taken in June 1962 later this week in the “Offshore Wrecks” thread.

Pool winner on the Starstream back in 89’. I took my share of pool wins on that boat. I have vivid memories of fishing the acid waters on night trips jigging with Green Bananas.
