I have been a professional chef for 20 years in NYC. I have stopped working to give my wife time to focus on her career. I am now caring for the kids and not sure what the future holds. I would like it to hold a lot of fishing. I currently enjoy kayak and surf fishing. I fish from the western Long Island to Montauk. I am here to learn and share. I can cook better then I fish. The plan is to use the attention to detail, I learned from cooking and apply that to fishing. I'd be glad to share any cooking knowledge if anyone needs advice.
