Another Fish ID

Asking for a friend, really, caught close to dark on a North Shore Beach where rain runoff was actively getting into the Sound after coming down a gully, not a "real" inlet. Was caught on a small, "Rebel-like" swimming plug and during that trip a small striper and nice mackerel were caught.

Not a great photo, but nobody can figure it out...
