I bought years ago what I think is the best little knife sharpener I have ever owned on my boat.I needed replacement blades now after about 6 years so I thought I would post it here.I have mine mounted on my cleaning table.

That broadhead sharpener looks interesting. They are a PIA to sharpen I used to just get rid of them and get new ones. I may look into that.

Same. That’s why I always liked old school stones.

I have used a stone. But this is MUCH easier and gets them razor sharp.

Actually I have this one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00004S1B...jbGlja1JlZGlyZWN0JmRvTm90TG9nQ2xpY2s9dHJ1ZQ==

If I had to buy another, I might go for this one: https://www.amazon.com/ChefsChoice-AngleSelect-Sharpener-20-Degree-100-Percent/dp/B001CA5LZ6/ref=sr_1_5?dchild=1&keywords=Chef’sChoice+1520&qid=1590407275&sr=8-5

I have had mine for many years. Very durable. Sharpens everything from my machete to the one inch blade in my Victorinox swiss army knife.

Those big electric sharpeners are great. The one I mentioned is to keep an edge on your knife while fileting fish on the boat.

Check out the Edgemaker Pro Sharper. Also available on Amazon.
It sharpens and hones regular & serrated blades.
I use it every time I fillet fish. Fast & easy to use.

Take a look at "work sharp" sharpeners. This is a "mini" belt sander sharpener. This thing puts an amazing edge on knives you wouldn't believe. It has sharpened knives I just could not get sharp with my chef's choice sharpener.
Not for the boat but great for the home. They have come out with a cordless unit now I understand. I highly recommend this unit.

I have the work sharp sharpener at home. I agree it makes an amazing edge. I like the fact that you could adjust the angle it sharpens at for different blades. Great product.
