Finished all but 2 fillets
Made a bowl of dip yesterday to eat while smoking the pork shoulder
Crumbled the fish up by hand, not too fine. Very finely chopped celery and green onions, just enough mayo to bind it but not make it wet and a few sprinkles of old bay??

That on some crackers with a few ???? was living large!?
