This vid showed up in my Facebook feed this morning. I know nothing more about it, other than what is shown. We're ALWAYS looking for an alternative to GULP! that can better hold up to the fishing we do - so is this it?
Maybe So. Certainly more info and some on the water testing is called for. I'm keeping an open mind, though I've been disappointed more than a few times in the past few seasons. Hey, hope springs eternal in the heart of a fisherman, right?. . . So anyway, check it out:

One way to tell is to leave it out in the air and see if it dries up.
That would be easiest experiment!
It's one of the most frequent topics that come up in fluke fishing...I'm surprised that over a decade after everyone started using gulp, so few people understand just why it works so well.

That would be easiest experiment!I'm always reading about guys that put plastics in the gulp juice and think they're saving money.

I’ve tried that Crabby. I bought a bunch of soft plastic 6” Grubs from The Worm Bar” lady at the Freeport Show, two years ago. They spend their days soaking in Gulp! juice. I’ve tried them and had VERY limited success. They seem to get bit when the fish are really chewing. But they get trounced by legit Gulp! during “normal bite” conditions.

Good video, those ZIP bags are useless after the first opening while beach fishing., leaks everywhere. I transferred mine to the screw top container next size up and it still leaks a bit. Carry only a few gulps with minimal juice, inside a glad bag... cellfish...

JoeC, carrying Gulp to the shoreline in a backpack and dealing with sand and not worrying bout what side the container is facing is a bit different than toting the juice to a level boat... cellfish...

The container I bought doesn't leak. You could also try a mayo container, but I doubt you could reach your hand in one.
Berkly sells a container, but I'm not sure how tight it is.
The container below works if you don't completely remove the seal under the lid. Just cut through it.
